Spanish HS Preliminary Transcripts

Spanish HS Preliminary Transcripts

To build the student’s academic profile, we need to collect transcripts from 9th grade (or international equivalent) to the current school year.

How should the transcripts be presented?
  1. They must be official documents issued by the school, including the school’s stamp and an original signature.
  2. Each transcript must clearly show the school year (e.g., 2024/25) and the academic grade level (e.g., 11th Grade).
  3. Final grades should be listed in numerical format (e.g., 9 or 10). It’s fine if the document also includes the grading scale or descriptions, such as “Excellent.”
  4. If a class was failed and later passed during a retake, we recommend showing only the final passing grade.
Submitting your transcripts: digital and physical copies
For now, a scanned PDF of the official transcripts (and the English version, if needed) is enough. You can send it to us by email or WhatsApp, as long as the scan is clear.

At the same time, we recommend that you ask the school for a physical copy of the transcripts (and their translation if applicable), printed and signed/stamped.

While most universities don’t require the original document, some may ask for it during admissions. In that case the student can take the document to the U.S or we might need to mail it directly to the university.
