Upload Transcripts
You must upload your actual certificates, as seen below. The grade report sheet received on results day will not be accepted!
You need to upload a single, colour, PDF of each credential, please do not upload photos or each certificate page individually. Genius Scan is a free app which will let you do this. Examples of what your transcripts need to look like can be seen below. (The image mentions them being stamped and signed but this is no longer the case).
- Right click on the arrow and on Upload Transcripts.
- Scroll down in the new window and click on Add Transcripts.
- Search for your transcript on your computer and upload the transcripts.
- Write in information about the transcripts in the text field under Note.
- Click on Add and on Next to upload additional transcripts.
Do not upload anything other than official transcripts! Letters from schools, predicted grades, term reports should not be uploaded, nor should any other qualifications. If you have not completed a credential, upload nothing for it.Evaluation Delivery
Here you enter to whom the evaluation report should be sent. Please enter your future university, university admissions person here. You may need to log in to your admissions portal to find these details!
You must enter your school admissions person here and not your personal details!
You can typically find details of your schools admissions person or a generic admissions email on
your application portal. If it is a generic email, please put "admissions" as the name. Please
log in to your admissions portal to find these details. It is usually
admissions@schoolname.edu or something similar. This is fine to put down! If this is not in your admissions portal, google your schools name followed by international admissions, there will likely be an email on this page.
