Set Up SAT Account

To register for a SAT date, you need an account at CollegeBoard. Creating an account usually takes only about 5 minutes.

Hint:

Not every browser is supported by the CollegeBoard website. The best choice is Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

1. Open the the SAT Collegeboard website 
2. Click on Create an Account and then on Student
3. Enter your email address
4. Confirm your email address with the verification code sent to you by email
5. Choose a password and confirm it
6. Choose any security phrase that you remember if you ever need to reset the password.

Now enter your data. Fields with a red star are mandatory fields, which must be answered in any case. 

Hint:

Note that there are no umlauts in English. So if there is an ä, ö or ü in your name or address, please enter an ae, oe, or ue. Instead of ß you enter ss.

When asked about your school, check the box on the right at outside the U.S. Then check the box below at My high school is not listed / No longer in highshool.

1. Fill in the questions about your address
2. Click I agree with the Terms & Conditions
3. Check your data and confirm your entries with a click in front of the respective line 
4. Complete the creation of your CollegeBoard account.

Important:

Please provide us with your access data after account creation so that we can later view your test results and share them with the coaches. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
