When does the semester start in the USA?

The Fall semester in the USA usually begins in August.

The Spring semester usually starts the first week of January.

It is best to discuss your exact arrival date directly with your coach, because they often want the players on campus a little earlier than the actual academic semester begins for pre-season and orientations.

Warning
Even if you know this date, do not book your flight until you are told to do so by us.

You can find the exact semester times of a university on the university's website under "Academic Calendar".
