How to fill out the GRADUATION TIMELINE CONFIRMATION FORM

All students that have not yet completed their secondary education, are asked to fill out the Graduation Timeline Confirmation Form by the NCAA.
This usually affects students from the UK, who have completed their GCSE exams and are currently enrolled in A-Levels or their equivalent.

To avoid any confusion for the NCAA, please have your school administrator/teacher/principal fill out both pages of this form and have them send it directly to the NCAA using the template below.

IMPORTANT
  1. Only fill out and submit both pages of the form
  2. If you are doing your A-Levels, they need to put the amount being pursued, name of the credentials and corresponding subjects (e.g., two A-Levels in mathematics and biology)
  3. Anticipated date of completion needs to be in June when you sit your exams
