How to fill out the graduation timeline confirmation form

All students that have not yet completed their secondary education, are asked to fill out the Graduation Timeline Confirmation Form by the NCAA.
This usually effects students from the UK, who have completed their GCSE exams and are currently enrolled in A-Levels or BTEC classes.

To avoid any confusion for the NCAA, please have your school administrator/teacher/principal fill out the form and have them send it directly to the NCAA using the template below.
